Games that are similar to old school arcade games?

I am wondering if the wiiU or wii has anything like old school arcade games or atari 2600 or Colecovision games?

Maybe on the e-shop or in collections? They don't have to be the exact games since I'm aware there's alot of games that practically will never get a rerelease and it's hard to find anything like that.

However new games in that style or even clones would do just fine providing they're still fun.=3

I know it sounds weird asking for simple games like that but I've gotten really nostalgic and I have no room for my Atari 2600.=(

So I figured maybe if one of the systems I have out had some similar games like that it would make things alot easier.

The games I liked as a kid was Pacman, Frogger, Pitfall and the space invaders and some of it's clones (favourite being megamania.=D)
I don't expect to find any of these games on the newer systems but anything similar would be awsome.

I miss playing old arcade like games.=(

Also I already know about Donkey Kong. I'm hunting for some different ones.

Super Mario 3D World has the original Mario Bros. arcade game, with only Luigi being a playable character.

Some newer games are worth a look at if you like that style.

Not all of 'em are Wii U titles, but who cares.
Bit Trip 2
Pixel Junk (all of them)
Super Meat Boy
DustForce
Torus Trooper
Geometry Wars

All of them aside from Pixel Junk are available on Wii/Wii U/Linux. The pixel junk series iirc is a ps3 exclusive.
