Nintendo, Capcom, Squarenix

I'll go with Konami simply because they've lost their edge at making anything not called Metal Gear. They took a crap on Suikoden and Castlevania, my two favorite franchises. RIP

Well Madden stopped being good at '94, so that's not exactly a good example.

Konami

I enjoyed Lords of Shadow and Mirror of Fate, but they used to make games that I loved at a much faster pace.

To top it off, they've got access to Hudson's massive library and they're just sitting on it. I miss when Turbografx games were showing up on the Virtual Console constantly on the Wii, before Konami stomped on Hudson hard.
