Now um... Sorry but how was ME3 on U whilst everyone else got all 3 games for cheaper a "legitimate effort"? Also when you dumb down all your games on Wii (my Sims and those bobblehead football games instead of a real Madden), of course that's the only audience you'll get.

EA is being very unprofessional here.

Everyone shouldn't really be a concern. If you only buy Nintendo systems this was your first chance to play Mass Effect on one. Its likely that had the game sold well enough, they would have ported the other 2, they certainly did that for the original Mass Effect on the PS3.

If I support the game company, then I won't be supporting the blank DVD business.

The released an old game on new hardware for $60. What did they expect?

Just out of curiosity, did you actually read this pile of crap before you clicked "Post," or did you end up with some Ouija-board stuff?

Why would people get into a franchise from the LAST GAME?

Third-party games on Nintendo consoles haven't sold well since the GameCube because they don't perform as well as they should, and that's somehow our fault.

"Nintendo was dead to us very quickly,"

"It became a kids IP platform and we don't really make games for kids."

Why wouldn't they? Furthermore, what were their other choices at the time? Darksiders 2? Arkham City? The new Ninja Gaiden? The New Tekken?

A lot of what you could buy was going to be the last game in a franchise unplayable on Nintendo hardware up to that point, and Mass Effect 3 reviewed better than most of them.

So basically what I gathered from EA is that kids aren't allowed to play video games anymore.

Sorry but no, they could have easily took the trilogy and ported that. Just like Konami with MGS3 on 3ds, it's completely ridiculous for any company to expect a port of a single entry in a story driven series to sell well on a platform that hasn't seen previous installments, well after that game came out, while other platforms are getting said game bundled in a collection. This is even more true if the game isn't the first in the series.

At that point, they're competing with themselves and sending that single entry out to die. Expecting the game to sell well is ludicrous.
