Do you actually dislike the New Super Mario Bros series or are you burned out???

I've earned all the stars in all four games, including DLC, take that as you will

A little burnt out. I skipped 2 entirely, and I felt like I got U a little too soon after Wii. But then, after leaving U alone for a while, I came back to it and started trying for 100%, and I had a pretty great time.

"Could've" is a contraction of "could have." "Could of" is virtually never valid, and should virtually never be used. So don't.

If i was burned out i would have been by Super Mario world. Been buying every single Mario game since the first one. Haven't wanted to stop yet. If Miyamoto finally passes on and the series slowly dies after that then i might consider stopping at that point.

It is artists, not technicians, who make excellent games. "Hiroshi yamauchi"

Agreed. When Miyamoto-sama eventually leaves this world and onto the next, I can imagine the series taking a nosedive into the "Sony Zone". Until then though, the games will always be enjoyable.

Do tell what the "Sony Zone" is. I'm curious.

Someone said it and I agree:

Short of a new Super Mario RPG (or even just a re-release of the original), I have had my fill of Mario platforming. Sure, all of the new bells and whistles that are being incorporated in the latest releases are nifty and the games haven't looked prettier, but... they're still Mario. To this day, I still pretty much only care for Mario Bros. 3, Super Mario World, and Mario 64.

I like them, but I think the future games should use new assets, not just reuse the same stuff over and over.

Burnt out. I haven't bought a Mario game since Mario 64.
