Its really sad that the wifi network is gone.

Like, I know my online gaming has kind of petered out in recent years, but still. Its kind of like realizing that your favorite toy is gone. Maybe its just the nostalgia talking, but I'm really going to miss racing on Mario Kart and battling in with my White 2 team.

Anyone else feel the same?

Yeah, it's kinda of sad to see it shut down. I always feel somewhat not complete when the online part of a game is gone.

The one that impacted me the most was monster hunter tri servers shutting down.

I did the most I could in upgrading and getting all the gear i want but I still feel incomplete because of it.

Nah, not really. My nostalgia for playing multiplayer Nintendo games comes from friends that were in my physical presences.

Really? I don't suppose you have anymore info on that?

Hmm, I may not have gotten many games, but I really loved playing Fortune Street online. Other people just play so much better then AI.

This! It was a fine long journey with MH Tri. It was an honour playing with other players.

Anyway, time to move on. Upgrading to MH3 Ultimate soon...

All server shutdowns are sad, especially if you're on it til the last minute saying goodbye, until it errors and kicks you off.

Loc Lac went down a little over a year ago. (MH3 servers for Wii).
