People say Nintendo is the best spot for Capcom but is Capcom best for Nintendo?

MS has way more than Nintendo lol.

Doesn't matter, only Japanese companies can buy Japanese companies.

I think it'd be a terrible buy for Nintendo... Capcom is way over valued for what they are(a company in decline). Nintendo should just wait and buy some of their IPs when they go under.

None of the 3 will buy capcom and also why are people saying capcom is selling like they want to be sold? They just removed the hostile takeover defense plan nothing else. Capcom will still be capcom but just letting any japanese company that bought the most shares takeover.

Also any company that buys capcom will shoot themselves in the foot because say sony or nintendo does buy capcom now remove xbox and playstation/or wii from the games that is 50-70% less money. They also don't know what financial situation capcom is in maybe they are in debt? maybe they aren't making that much money?

Sure you can say people will buy that console for capcom games but seriously ask yourself are any of capcom games a system seller O_o?

Im pretty sure a non gaming company or a 3rd party will buy capcom but the big 3? not a chance.

So Capcom retains their management? Yeah, any company would have to be really stupid to pick up on that toxic thing, there's a reason they're nearing bankruptcy. Unless there can be a complete sweep of management and policy, it'll be a poisonous investment.

Also majority of the stock doesn't necessarily mean owning 51% of Capcom's stock, there are tons of other shareholders so you would just have to own more than all the rest of them.

Even if you own the majority(say you are the biggest at 30%) you'd still have to get others to agree with you to get anything done... 51% is effectively a take over. That being said any company would be stupid to buy out Capcom unless they could gut the company and fire the management...
