No. I want less risks. At least for established series Freaking ruined Paper Mario. Now if they just wanted to make spinoffs, go ahead, but stop randomly changing good series.

Yeah, they should do something wild. Oh oh I know, how about completely ignore established controller design that have been used for decades, and instead rely on motion controls? Better yet, a controller that's a tablet. To top it off, they should stop appealing to the modern "gamer" by constantly putting out more powerful hardware than everyone else to prove their dominance, and instead release games that largely only appeal to a niche market which focus on gameplay. That'd be pretty risky.

tl;dr - Innovation = risk. Nintendo doesn't have to come up with brand new ideas to reinvent their IPs, because they are constantly changing the way you play them.

Remember this if a game isn't even remotely like the prequel then it could fail, like gameplay being totally different and nothing similar.

I am looking at you banjo-kazooie nuts and bolt.

Banjo-kazooie are animal characters with unique power and in nuts and bolt they had no power, only vehicles did everything, while banjo walks and kazooie use wand to pick up things and that it.

It depends what the company does. Super mario galaxy while different the gameplay a bit was really good.

If anything, Nintendo takes too much risks.

I wish TC's would take more risks instead of rehashing old topics.
