I'd like something like this... Would let me play all the GC and Wii games I missed... Which is pretty much all of them since I didn't have a GC or a Wii...

Ocarina of Time needs to be in HD.

Great game, but I don't think we need another port or remake. At least give Majora's Mask a chance.

It's a good idea. I hope they outsource these projects to some smaller company (like Grezzo). I'm not sure if there's anything I'd buy, though.

Kirby: Return to Dreamland HD w/ online coop
Xenoblade Chronicles HD

I'd get both of those in a heartbeat.

that's what I was thinking. Have a company work on HD ports exclusively. Would be a great opportunity for younger developers.

that'd be great, and probably wouldn't be anywhere near as expensive as opening up an entirely new branch for new games.
Also, i'd rather they make HD remakes of N64/GC games befor Wii games. Too soon

enjoy the buggy mess of a game if thats the case. Unless they were just going to upscale it, add some AA, expect bugs. many many bugs. Plus releases of releases is not what the Wii U needs to save it.

I don't think upscaling a game is all that difficult so I don't expect bugs to be included since theyre not altering the source code much.

And I disagree. Every little piece makes the wiiU more attractive. The more games to play on it ultimately makes it a stronger system. I again think this would be a great way of evening out some of the waits between big AAA releases. Have one or two 1st party hd releases released every year on the eshop exclusively. Would smooth out the buying period and have people playing the system.

Heck I bet hackers could get the wiiU to at least upscale gamecube games like dolphin to 1080p if they wanted.
