Warioware games are some of my favorite games.

Will I enjoy Rhythm Heaven?

They're not even the same type of games.

WarioWare is quick, fun minigames of varying degrees.

Rhythm Heaven is smaller sub games based around rhythm.

As a fan of both, I would say yes.
The songs are about 2 minutes each, and use one or two buttons for play.
If you like Wario Ware you would probably like Rhythm Heaven, they're both quirky and have the same aesthetics..I consider them a semi-related series even if they're a bit different.
I got my copy of Fever in December and it's easily become one of my favorite games!

I'd say it's a tossup. I like Wario Wario and rhythm games, but I don't particularly like Rhythm Heaven games (but I haven't played the Wii one). Their soundtracks aren't that great compared to other rhythm games, you don't know whether you passed or failed until you've played through the entire song, and... I guess those are my main beefs with it. Rhythm Heaven is a pretty nifty concept and I can definitely understand why people like it, but I don't think that liking Wario Ware is going to necessarily mean that you'll like it.
