Do you let other people use your gamepad?

I try my hardest to make sure they don't use it. And if they do, they can't eat snacks, need to wash their hands, and not be to rough with the touchpad. I dunno why, but I'm really picky about it. If the pro controller is compatible with the game they want to play, I'll just give them that to play with. Anyone else like this?

I'm assuming you meant:
Then you don't need to be afraid of anyone messing up your gamepad.

Which doesn't make sense. Why would I be okay with people messing up my sttuff?

I only live with my girlfriend, and she only ever uses the gamepad to navigate netflix. But If I'm not around to use the gamepad I try to get her to use the Xbox or PS3 instead for netflix since those controllers are more expendable.

Anyway, it's perfectly understandable to be cautious about sharing the gamepad. It's an expensive piece of equipment, and people tend to not give a **** about stuff that doesn't belong to them.

I'll use the gamepad, cuz I'm the one who knows what the heck he's doing when I have other ppl play on my Wii U. I'm not gonna give someone the gamepad, then say "okay, now you gotta press this thing... okay now you go here." It's usual for whoever owns the console, to be the person who controls all the things like getting through the main menu, and modifying the settings and whatnot, and the gamepad signifies the person who's controlling all that.

The wife plays the wiiu more than I do, and when we have friends over for Mario kart I pass it around so everyone can take turns choosing courses. Tc kind of sounds like that friend that would only have 1 good controller and give the madcatz that his little brother got ahold of to the second player.
