Classic Media (a subsidiary of Dreamworks) currently owns the rights to the Turok franchise, and if there is enough interest in the series again, they'll port the Nintendo 64 titles to the eShop. Contact them through email and let them know you are interested-

I would LOVE a HD port of the original Turok. Otherwise, meh.. there's 64 games I'd much rather have on the Wii U, especially since there's currently 0.

It doesn't hurt to just send an email.

You can tell the current owners of the Wii U are too young to enjoy classic games...

If my memory serves me correctly, it kind of sucked. Isn't that the Turok that had some infamously poor platforming segments ?

It plays like the Metroid Prime games, so yes.

Ah, Turok... The only game in history to ever actually give me motion sickness when playing with the invincibility code that made the backgrounds rainbow colored.

Loved the N64 Turok games. I don't think it's likely that they'll port the games or make them available on the Virtual Console if Nintendo ever gets their butts in gear and starts putting N64 games on, but I'll send an email all the same.

If anyone has a NeoGAF account, please create a thread there mentioning this campaign. It wouldn't be exclusively just for Wii U owners, of course. We should get everyone involved. PC, Xbox, PlayStation, and Nintendo users.
