Metroid: Other M or Paper Mario: Sticker Star?

Other M.

It wasn't actually -that- bad. It had the Starfox Adventures effect: people loved it day one, but after several months everyone decided "herp derp let's hate it suddenly" on message boards.

Hell, my only problem with Other M was the control scheme. Sticker Star's just...dumb.

This. Star Fox Adventures is just different. It's still a good game and doesn't make you use 2D movement in a 3D area, isn't dual layered so it won't damage your system and still feels like a Star Fox game. Oh, and the accordion doesn't sound weird (MOM).
