This is literally one of the least useful articles ever written.

If there's no insight, then looking for patterns would be a pretty good place to start.

3Ds release date for smash is Sept 14th in Japan so that means that all the characters and stuff are probably already done. Just bug testing and localization work right now. The Wii u version is pretty much done aside from U exclusive features probably.

If this game comes out in 2015. We better have 55 characters, over 80 stages, 500 songs, 1000 trophies, 92 modes, a nice adventure mode, and a kickass limited edition. If not Nintendo deserves to fail. of course I doubt this will come in 2015.

Nintendo said holiday 2014, so unless some big issue pops up in the game it will most likely come out this year. And Nintendo knows it would be a bad idea to not have a big blockbuster release this holiday season. As amazing as Bayonetta 2 WILL be, it's nowhere near the high-seller Smash will be (though I'm still curious about the effect of the 3DS version on Wii U version sales).

no, they said "Winter 2014", we are not getting the game until February...

It seems pretty clear, Winter 2014...and to any ankle biter who wants to say that that means before December 2014, you are again wrong...

...so what is the last day of Winter 2014 you say? Well that is the Spring Equinox, which is typically March 20th, 2015...

So yes, February 2015 is indeed part of Winter 2014...read a book.

April was 4 freaking months ago. The site is updated to this day. Do you believe that the 3DS version is still coming out "Summer 2014" too, despite the full release date being announced?

The website changed to it's current form, including showing the Holiday 2014 release window, around E3, after the April Smash Direct.

If they changed it so be it, that is good news, but the direct said Winter 2014, and Winter 2013 was the target for DKTF before that game got delayed until February 2014, after showing it being announced for released before december ended yes? Cause nothing changes ever...
