Also how is xb1 failing more than wiiu? Comparing the 2, it would seem overall xb1 would be a little better.

A console that's easily 3rd in sales, doesn't outsell the Wii U per week despite THIRDPARTYANDGRAFIX and isn't making Microsoft a profit is better than the Wii U?

"Easily" in third? At most it's about a million behind, and that's with the Wii U getting a year head start.

2 million. And don't talk about "head start". That was no issue for the PS4.

If it failed then it's completely done. Failed and failing are different tenses. He wanted to say "currently the WiiU is failing". The WiiU hasn't been Dreamcast'd yet. It didn't fail, it's failing. The difference being that once it's done it can't come back, but when it's still alive it can.

How is Nintendo supposed to prove themselves, with a bare bones system?
There is a way to use it, but their way about it is questionable.

Don't talk about head start? Why not, when you break down the rate of sale based on time released, the Xbox One will surpass the Wii U. Any celebrating about it being in second right now is like celebrating that you're winning by 1 touchdown in the middle of the second quarter.

@noob
Again you can say up until this point the wiiu has failed. It has failed to meet sales projections, it has failed to appeal to a larger audience. At this point in time it has failed. Its currently doing better than it was by a large amount so to nintendo they may consider this a success moving forward. Up until now was failed.

@mw
The only reason wiiu is selling more is because it is in more markets, and has a bigger presence in japan. The only reason wiiu has more sales is because its been out a year longer. Xb1 is tracking ahead of wiiu. They seem to be close in sales in every week all of this with most xb1 heavy hitters not out yet, and wiiu having most of theirs out, and a much larger library.

Even then, I have more faith in Microsoft supporting their product for longer (look at Wii support vs. 360 support because, you know, one of those is dead and the other is not). It's basically a foregone conclusion that the One will go past the Wii U's sales at some point.
