Can the iPad sync up with the Wii U as a controller?

Wait...is this the same TC that posted that fail topic that tried to see if keyboards could be connected, and was shocked when he found out they could?

I never said I knew the answer. I figured they're both about the same size and do about the same thing so it could be a possibility.

Really bad troll attempt, my friend.

If an IPad could do everything a Wii U GamePad could do, then I would be impressed. I mean, where would all the buttons and sticks go? On the touchscreen?

Can you link up the Ipad to replace the kinect? surely the ipad's camera and voice recongition should be able to take it's place. I wonder if you can enter a dog in the cat show as well. they can be about the same size and do pretty much the same things. but maybe you can take a bath in washing powder. faster that way, wash yourself and the clothes. and boil milk in the kettle. quicker than the microwave, right?

Oh, for a new 'proper' Shining Force..and a new Panel de Pon game and a new english release of Puyo Puyo....

Does the iPad support miracast? AFAIK no, so it wouldn't work.

Consoles shouldn't be about 480p, 720p, 1080p or the prettiest slideshow.
They're about a magical box that outputs wonderful streams of 60 images per second.

wii u doesnt use miracast... just plain ol' wifi, the console has a dedicated network interface card that streams data directly *iwata gesture* to the gamepad via wifi.

similar to miracast = yes
is miracast = no

2/8/2014- I officially predict Ridley playable in Smash 4. If he's not, I'll quietly change my signature and no one needs to remind me of this ever again.
