The DLC fighters sound good. I'm just confused about these matchup packs. What's the difference between me playing a match on there and me just playing the matchup out without the pack?

Korean Zombie v. Leonard Garcia 2 should be in Ultimate Submissions.

Some of the fights are in random categories.... GSot v. Stevenson in ultimate upsets? CC v. Barry in ultimate submissions? I'm not complaining about extra content but they seem kind of random lol.

Specific goals and probably unlockable footage. Also, I'm not sure, but I think this year they also have alternate stats to be more reflective of what they were at the time of the fight.

Nothing to get excited over.

You're right. It's slightly different than if you did the match with normal settings. It's tweaked to be sort of "in the moment" of that match. They're fun but as DLC, meh not really interesting.

1360MSP is $17 for anyone that doesn't want to do the math.

• Fighter Packs – Fight of the Night Pack and International Pack
• Ultimate Fights Packs – Ultimate Upsets and Mixed Bag
• UFC Heavyweight Championship contender Alistair Overeem
• All Unlockables

These would be 1840 total I believe... (400x4, 80, 160) which is $23.

Not really saving that much and you can save more by not getting the less than stellar seeming matchups...

I read a few months ago about them selling it fighter by fighter also? Is that still true?

If they do it will likely be like Forza is doing with its DLC.

You get a pack for 560msp and all the cars they are selling individually are 160 each. Say there's 8 or 10 per pack so... do the math and you're getting seriously screwed by doing anything but the pack (and on top of that maybe half the pack is available individually). Sad but true.
