A co-op campaign would be nice.

The addition of competitive multiplayer has me a little wary about this game. It seems more like a marketing push rather than something the game designers would feel necessary. Hopefully it's just this one thing and not indicative of the game's overall direction.

Yeah seriously, Metro is a immersive story-driven environment. I hope they don't ruin it by unlocking perks and weapons and exp and killstreaks instead of focusing on surviving a nuclear fallout.

Co-op would be the best direction for any kind multiplayer for how Metro plays out in terms of atmosphere. It'd be a nice twist to have buddy present and see how they react to the jump scares. >_>

For PvP, I suppose the market these days calls for it. While I would enjoy the longevity this would give the game, I personally wouldn't play a whole lot of any versus modes.

I dont know...I feel like bringing a coop partner into the game would ruin the atmosphere. Keep it single player and amazing like the first one. If anything maybe throw in a horde-type mode kind of like that level "Defense" in the first one with a few AI partners and machine guns.
