There are 10 levels. If that's the case, then why is the first level 01-01, the second 01-02, etc.? --- 5 http://bit.ly/4jVOf0 dp/dt http://bit.ly/kS8BA0 http://bit.ly/6MWc5 http://bit.ly/fEpOR7 www.papermarioflash.proboards.com
I'm not sure about the NES version, but there are 16 areas for the arcade version this is based on. After you finish the 16th area, it loops back to the 7th area. I'm not sure if that means it just keeps passing through areas 7-16 over and over, but something tells me I'll never finish all 16 areas anyway so I won't have to worry about it.
Wow, I just scored 382,280 and made it to 1-14. It actually got a little easier after the second mothership in 1-9 until I reached the third mothership in 1-14. Maybe it was just a one-time fluke, but now I'm starting to think I just might be able to survive all 16 areas if I keep at this game.
Yes- I agree- this game is extremely hard! So does it ever switch from levels 1-x to 2-x? Or are the 16 levels just 1-1 through 1-16? If the 16 areas mean that it goes 1-x to eventually 16-x then it would go on for an insanely long time and you'd have to be some kind of old school arcade legend to make it that far! Has anyone heard of any cheats for this??
It's a tough game, but its got high replay value. I find that I seem to progress ever so slightly every time I play it. I've still not bettered 90,000 points though. Not very good, but i'm enjoying it anyway.
