Cave relic

At what point in the game can you get the relic in the cave where Daisy is repairing the boat? I missed it my last play through and don't want to a second time.

After you complete "Fly South" (mission where you go to south island and get wingsuit) you can no longer enter the cave. If you're past that, you need to start a new game and get to the point where you save Liza. That's the first opportunity to enter.

Weird that it doesn't show up on the map. Even when I'm in the cave. Had to go looking for it. Mmmm.

It's a mission area. Nothing shows up on the radar there. If the radar has a yellow map-looking tinge to it then relics and chests don't appear.
