Reset outpost option?

Do I have to complete every mission to unlock this feature including the outpost missions like Wanted and Path of the Hunter Quests or is it just the main story missions?

All you have to do is beat the game and take all of the outposts before the option to reset them is active.

Where is the option to reset the outposts? I'd love to do 'em again but cant find anywhere that gives you that option.

I have finished the game.

Thanks for the picture, i found it in a couple seconds after that.

That is extremely easy to miss if you don't know exactly where to look.
