Try uninstalling the game data and see if that helps.
its weird i didnt notice it at first either. not a lot.
but now its there.
also it was mentioned in reviews etc .. quote :
"Our footage starts off at an unprecedented low during the cut-scene with Vaas, for which we record a remarkably sluggish 15FPS on PS3"
"Even so, travelling around the islands by either foot or car still gives us wavering readings on both consoles, mostly circulating around the 25FPS point."
"However, the regular, high levels of tearing prove to be the greater issue here."

They can't just fix the framerate with a patch. The game is just too demanding in some instances for the hardware to handle. --- awoooga

patches dont sell software, new games sell software. so if you all about making money, you make blood dragon.
I thought my game was pretty nice looking. I only saw grass growing through stuff like 20 times, not really a big issue. go play fallout 3 or new vegas, Ultimate editions, if you want to complain about glitches. Those games are glitch-fests.
Nice looking game, on my machine. Thank you. --- Dr. Darrell of Michigan. Signed up for a 13.1 mile (21 KM ) half marathon on May 5th. Wish me luck!
