I didn't care for FC2 (tried very hard to like it), but from what I've read FC3 is much better. Anything I need to know as a noob?

Friends,

we are VERY jealous. this is a fun game, nice looking. Nice driving. Plants look nice.

Take over towers to fill out your map. sneak to avoid to many people.

To take over outposts, usually i dont just rush in. If they sound the alarm, it seems to tip the scales against me. I circle them and look for weak spots. I look for critters in cages. Look for alarms to shut off. If one looks to tough, save it for later. or just save and try. if it goes back. reload and avoid for now.

Just take it slow and enjoy. Its not an rpg, its an action game. so enjoy the action.

if you cant sneak to the alarm then rush to it and disable it!
yes the enemies will see you but they won't call for backups.

a silenced sniper gun and the bow is all that you need!

Haven't started playing yet (stupid work, always taking my time, lol...), gonna start it tonight.

So regarding the alarms, once they're disabled they can't be re-enabled?
