SSAO method?

HDAO HBAO SSAO? Any noticable differences?
Also what is this max buffered frames? Don't think I ever saw this before.

HDAO looks better than the other two. HBAO is second and SSAO is "low".

They're "AO" methods, not "SSAO" methods. SSAO is a form of AO.

Buffered frames improves smoothness and framerate at the cost of greater input lag.

It's full of crap. HDAO is a direct compute AO, it just so happens AMD had DX11 first, so everyone thinks HDAO is AMD technology or something.

People are so ignorant.

Yes, there are noticeable differences. Take a look at the following screens I took...

SSAO:

...notice the shadows that appear to outline each of the leaves of every plant making it look "fuzzy"? This same "effect" is also on every object in the world, including NPCs, which causes each one to appear they have a dark glowing outline and the overall scene darker than it should be.

HDAO:

...notice how everything appears much more crisp and clean? There are no more shadows outlining each object and it actually looks brighter and more natural.

Here's another comparison:

If you can't use HDAO, it's better to just turn AO off completely as SSAO has a negative effect on the visuals of this game.
