Anyone elses character model have a grenade attached to players right hand

After I unlocked the exploding arrows my character had a grenade appear to be attached to his right hand and it has not gone away. I've tried restarting my xbox and deleted the game install file but still it reamins.Remains there in cut scenes as well, very strange and annoying.

Just tried and it remains. Definitely looks like its stuck to his actual hand and not the weapons.
