Cool little part, It kind of gives you the option to hold your brothers neck or not too.

Does this change anything? I let go at the end just to see if he died faster or not.

Doesn't seem to change anything at all. I made the mistake of thinking it was 'tap' the button, so in my game, Jason had a seizure in which he slapped Grant's neck over and over.
