I used to party in TJ in my youth, so I know the appeal of going somewhere shady to get drunk and have fun. To others closer to that age group, I dunno, maybe they remind them of the jerks they hate at school, etc.

Not because I was bullied by people like them in school like so many people assume in this topic, but because they act like I do. I doubt it. Vincent most was most likely just going to get captured by Vaas without Jason knowing and he shoots him by accident during his drug trip. Well, if whatever they want is partying and skydiving, I guess they CAN do whatever they want. It's not like they went and antagonized the locals, they went and partied, and one of em got scammed by a hooker. How? It's been proven that marijuana is less addictive than coffee. So anyone who drinks coffee is an "addict?" You can become addicted to anything, even coffee (or more specifically, the caffeine in it.) I've known people who pretty much have withdrawals if they don't have their coffee in the morning. Just because marijuana isn't physically addictive, it has potential to be mentally addictive. --- \m/ |
