Can I trade in the co-op for the ability of have flammable foliage, vehicles, animals, ai and weapon placement in multi?

Well if I cant do that can I trade in all the multi and editor and co-op for 2 more huge islands complete with everything the first 2 has plus a tiny island with a baby trex to keep all the dino dna junkies quiet?
