Question about Uplay rewards on different saves

I am about to 100% my current save. If I unlock the Uplay mission and weapon in that save, will I be able to use them on Save 2 when I start a new game?

Yes. Once it's unlocked it's available until uPlay stops supporting Farcry 3.
