I guess I could deal with that, but I wanted to know about the missions. Are there a lot of them, are they long? Things like that, if anyone could help.

Seriously, his accent is impossible to understand without the subtitles. But anyway, it has absolutely nothing to do with the main story. It's just some extra BS that Ubisoft threw in.

I've been Playing a lot of the co-op actually, it's not great and yes it's pretty linear but it's great for unlocking the multiplayer weapons and skills. The story is pretty bland and just thrown into the game but it's a tad entertaining, for me at least, and yes there are some achievements to earn for the levels which run about 20-40 minutes depending on the difficulty and amount of people playing (2-4). lol, that helps him understand the co-op how exactly? he asked what the co-op is like, not "can you say insulting things about co-op because it makes you feel good"
the coo-op is a L4D rippoff without zombies.
it is a bit rushed, you can only play private matches or "quick play" basically, so if you play a public game you have to join 3-4 games to find one you like (once ina while it will be longer, but uusally it doesn't take more than 5-10 minutes and the games last long). for some people this is the end of the world, but i played twice as much co-op as SP - the campaing in FC2 was a lot more compelling, i actually played it all the way through more than once.
the weapon and level progression are basically CoD style, and your co-op and multi account are the same in terms of unlocks and loadouts. attachments are unlocked by using the guns as you go (weapons have individual xp but basic types unlock as you level too)). |

Its nowhere near as fun as single player but its not bad either. Basic go from waypoint to waypoint kill bad guys in between complete objectives rinse repeat. If it was just this the game would have received low ratings because its very basic L4D gameplay. Buy it for the single only but stay for the co-op and multi.
