From a programmer's point of view, they only implemented things that were "easy". They didn't really go out of their way much to add the key things we've requested.
Can't believe there's still no map rotation in private/custom games, and that you have force everyone out of your lobby just to restart a new one with a different map choice and HOPE they all come back to your new lobby.... Yeah, right.

Learn it's lesson? No. It will be ME who learns my lesson. FC1 for consoles was the series first attempt at MP and I was more than willing to forgive their mistakes because it was a good first try and fun despite flaws. FC2's MP launch was abysmal but it was fixed. However it was flawed at the core and a step down from FCIP. Nonetheless because of the Map Editor it remained fun. FC3s MP launch is the worst atrocity I've experienced in 20 years of gaming. It's a buggy mess and flawed to the very core with no realistic way to fix it.
