Far Cry 3

i got the game earlier this afternoon when i saw it was on games on demand for cheap. played it for about 5 hours or so.

trying to play stealthy, had a real tough time at first before i unlocked more weapons, once you get the bow and that silenced russian handgun it gets alot easier.

i wanted to go for a long range weapon too, and opted for the bow over the sniper rifle, glad with the choice as the bow is super fun to use.

also, is it normal to have big issues finding something with crafting and once you finally get it, you completely finish that pouch set?
the entire time iw as playing, i was looking for boars for the second ammo pouch since i kept running out, then suddenly i got enough and then i noticed i had pretty much everything i needed for the others, then i returned to an outpost to fill up my new ammo bag and grabbed a hunting mission and killed a rare tiger for the ultimate ammo pouch, am i just lucky or is that common?

anyhow, im loving the game, its a blast.

It's a great game IMO as well.

I found that turning off music and everything under options besides vibration and inverted controls is best way to go.

And for even more of a challenge turn off everything you can by unchecking the boxes on main map screen. Also, play on warrior mode.

Might be luck, but by time I started going for the "rare" animals, I had unlocked everything else in my crafting inventory. Meaning all that was left were the rare animals needed.

I was given all the rare animal missions in a row, with the exception of one regular animal mission thrown in.

I think the game will give you the ones you need if you're ready for them.
