Minecraft: Xbox 360 Edition

Got my buddy hooked, but he doesn't have it yet and we play together on a world saved on my XBox. But it's lame that he, when he signs into my xbox and is playing by himself, can't load up my world alone. I have to be signed in and playing.

Is there any way around this?

Yes and no. No his profile will never be able to load up a world that you created, and your profile will never be able to load up a world that he created. I say yes, but the answer depends on how much you trust your buddy.

Someone else can sign you in, load up your minecraft world using your profile , and set the controller down. Then they pick up controller 2, sign in as themselves, and jump in without you ever having to be there.

This is how my wife and I share a world, but I don't know that I would trust anyone else to do this without me there.

Hah! He came over and played while I went jogging... I hid in my tree fort, right by my bed, and told him that if I come back and see ANYTHING gone, I'm rigging TNT and redstone pistons all under his castle when he's not here so it explodes when he walks in it. >:-)

You must be in a humorous mood. I have those from time to time as well.

On a more serious note, she is less concerned about diamonds and more about building materials. She enjoys building these massive structures, while I am usually out mining underground, in the nether, or working on the railway.

My buddy and I do the same thing. I stay in the village building and tending the farm while he's out mining and killing mobs. Can't wait til animal breeding.
