Better not be like reach...

Anyone else here feel that if this game is anything without reach they will probably skip their purchase? I was a huge halo fan until reach came out. That game just has such bad gameplay.

Skyrim seems like its going to have tons of beauty. Just every once in awhile a dragon is gonna swoop down and s*** on it. - slothica

Not really.

It took out the skill that was required in the older games and instead left it to who would get lucky with the bloom, I don't like the randomness in gameplay like that.

Reach is the best in the series. If you don't agree then go play COD all day or something.

Anyone who played the old halo games will disagree with you. Reach was closer to call of duty then any of the others, the bloom adds randomness and the armor abilities appeal to little kids, and that's why you like it.

EDIT: Your name is "Deathmetalgamer" ffs, just shut up.

When they did the post-conference interview on Spike they asked about a new engine and the guy responded with "We're not discussing the engine right now" aka "we're using the Reach engine again"

so expect it to be like reach

Just because it uses the engine doesn't mean it has to be the same game, look at how many games use the unreal engine.

Do you honestly think it'll be like the difference between Gears 3 and Arkham City? It'll be like the gameplay differences from CoD4 to WaW or MW2 to Black Ops.

CoD4 was the last decent Call of duty game, CoD1, 2, and 4 were the only decent ones, CoD4 and WaW might of used the same engine but CoD4 was still 100x better then WaW.
