I want a good, long, FREAKING (better, mods?) EPIC campaign that is story driven, not dumbed down like Halo 2 & 3, with weapons that kick ass, especially if they're dual-wieldable. Really, what's the freaking point of having two SMGs if they're pea shooters?!
IMO Bungie catered WAY TOO MUCH to the online gamer aka "cyber-athlete" aka "pathetic loser who plays Halo to express his competitive nature because he is too weak or fat to qualify for REAL sports". I love good multiplayer, but let's face it: 6 (out of roughly 9) million people didn't buy Halo to play it online, and it's time 343 and Microsoft catered to their REAL audience. --- Your opinion is wrong. - Typical GameFAQs Poster

Halo:CE was so popular because of it's campaign i agree. But i would love a great focus on both areas. A longer campaign would be great ( around 12 hours at least).

I wholeheartedly agree. This is why I believe ambitious games should have long development cycles. I'm going to have to disagree with your stance on Halo's multiplayer however. It is an equally important facet of the franchise, and should be handled with as much care as the singleplayer. --- "I ain't going nowhere old man"
