Yea because it's not like Halo was a big part if MLG's success ( at least early on).
As a fan of watching competitive halo I thank those that voted. I really don't understand the hate for MLG as a whole, since Halo getting more attention can't be a bad thing( and if u like halo, why do u dislike it on a competitive scale? Yea it's changed slightly but it's still halo) I have a feeling people hate the elitists that support MLG and that gives MLG a bad rep. People have to understand the elitist attitude doesn't portray the whole competitive scene, nor is it exclusive to MLG or any game. People who are in the top % will feel the need to express it and show they are better. It's just how some people are.
Granted people also have to face the facts that those elitist are better then them and that since they play more they understand the game better. So when they use the " they are better then you therefore they know better" it does have merit. Sorry for the rant. /end.
Ps: I'm not an elitist if u couldn't tell. I know I'm not very good but I strive to be better and try to learn from my mistakes and others.
