Is the BR useable?

What I mean by this is does the BR stand up to the DMR, Carbine and Light Rifle? Because I''ve heard from some people that it doesn't and others that it does. And please don't comment unless you've played the game.

BR is easier to use. DMR is better.

From what I've seen. Maybe switch Carbine and LR
