The menu interface (looking at armour etc) has terrible framerate, making it look laggy all the time.

yep pregame menus for sure. I also think the sniper in this game feels too "floaty". like there's not as much solid bullet umphf feeling when I snipe someone. The convenant equivalent of the sniper though is a lot better. it feels floaty but it SHOULD. I guess im not making much sense, it's hard to explain this eloquently.

the map was bigger, it had fine adjustment, and the custom game options were much more extensive.

H4 has some great new stuff like magnets, and multiple "styles" of forge because of the multiple maps with their own templates, but it's not as good.
