Cyro sleep slows the bodies aging down significantly. --- I'm a Christian. I play Diablo 3 and one of my favorite video game characters is the Lich King from Warcraft. Deal with it.

His actual age at the time halo 4 takes place is roughly 44. And yes, that's not including his total time in cryo, it makes a big difference, just look at Cole.

Regardless of cryo, his augmentations still leave him in peak physical condition as if he were still in his late 20's/early 30's. --- Ab-so-lutely.
