No but once he conquers all the gyms and beats the elite four and champion he is one step closer to it.

But that doesn't make sense- Halo CE was made first, and Reach came after. Derp.

He never beats the elite four. It makes sense though, that idiot let his Agumon "be free". THAT is who he would have needed to beat them.
