Like, 50k per level.

Instead, 51 (you start at 51 once you chose a spec) to 52 is a mere 11k.

To those who've hit the specs, how much does that increase?

Massively. By level 55 you need about 40-45k a level.

Takes about 60k if I'm not mistaken to get from 59-61.

Every 10 levels after 50 is the equivalent of going 40-50 I think.

It never really increases a lot 63k is the most. Each 10 level specialization is the same all the way to 130. Getting to SR130 is a joke, and will not take more than a few weeks. I wish it was like Reach where it took me like 440 days to get Inheritor, this game has a horrible ranking system.
