Playlist rotation

i know they will rotate some playlists does anyone remember if this was ever done early in reach's life cycle too or is it a new thing

They've been doing this since Halo 2.

...... Ya know that there was more Halos with online than reach..... right?


i mean how there is permanet playlsits in reach like multi team etc. were they ever swapped like how swat will be taken down next week then added back as a perma playlist and i know more was there but reach was before 4 so im just trying to get a timeframe for perma playlists not this temporary stuff

The only one that is truly permanent is Infinity Slayer, and even that is subject to change internally

Short Answer: Yes, happened in Reach.


Long Answer: It happened in reach, however, the playlist updates and changes were a lot less frequent. Basically, updates happened once a month, if that. Here they're weekly. But, they did indeed happen in reach, even toward the beginning of reach when bungie was still in control.

When did they ever take out out snipers or swat in reach and readd it later? There was no rotational playlists in reach.

Maybe if you've been paying Halo for more than a year, you'd know they did this with Halo 3 and that Reach isn't a Halo game.
