Cons: Grenade Indicator JIP No weapons on map Instant Respawn = No teabagging, a Halo staple for years Promethian Vision Menus are terrible Boltshot Higher leveled people have better equipment No Rumble pit Unlocking Emblems No Halo theme in game, ever Hammer got nerfed massively You can't pickup grenades without wasting a perk slot Joining a game as a party can and will split you up Unavoidable, and inaccurate kill cams No Revenant or Falcon Maps aren't nearly as good/plentiful
Pros: No Armor lock Hologram is useful Everyone can sprint Graphics are purdy Sound effects are amazing Spartan Ops
Reach was my current favorite besides the original Halo.
The campaigns both are good.
I like Master Chief/Cortanna a ton and its good to see whats happening to them next after H3.
Reach was great too, I know its not much but I love being able to pick gender and select all my own armor. The campaign was very good.
Mulitplayer I definatly like H4 better then Reach. The games are a bit faster, I love the ordinance drops. Cons: Maps: only 4 maps for your standard slayer game types, thats really poor IMO. There should be at least 6-8 maps outta the box for the most popular game type.
I also like spartan ops a lot, much better then another horde IMO, especially since Gears outclasses every other games horde modes.
Campaign was better in Reach imo. MC is cool and all, but I enjoyed being Noble 6. Enemy designs were a bit better in Reach also I think. Firefight was replaced by Spartan Ops. Pretty similar actually, just a bit of story to Ops though. MP I am enjoying more in 4 overall.
