And I'm not new to this board, nor to Reach, nor to any of the previous Halo boards. So, what's your next excuse? Is it going to be that I'm a female and don't know what I'm talking about? Or how about I'm not an SR70 yet?

I think his point gravitates more towards the fact that when the Halo 3 board died, you weren't a regular there. When the Reach board stopped being popular, you weren't a regular there either.

My friends and I commented without a thought that this game was stale within the first two weeks, and it comes down to the following issues.

- The lack of decent map rotation means every game of BTB will be played on either Exile or Ragnarock, and everything else will be on Haven. I'm exaggerating a little, but playing the same maps over, and over, and over makes the game very repetitive.

- The lack of a variety of game types gives you very little to actually play, so it's easy to get bored.

- Team balancing when paired with randoms is non existent, so unless you're playing with friends, four verses four games are a constant uphill battle with no chances of teamwork whatsoever that end up being not fun to play.

- Spartan Opp's is only worth it for the story, there's only so many times you can shoot enemies without any consequence of failure.

- Joining games midway through should be optional. More often than not you join games where people left for a reason, more than games have just begun.

- Custom Games are pretty much an afterthought, 343i made a massive mishap with forge, removing so many game types and options that gave Halo 3/Reach so much replay value. No zoom in monitor mode? Who tested this...

Overall, unless the new maps can renew interest, and 343i listen to the community, then this game isn't going very far.

I don't think you're a joke. Your questions are perfectly reasonable.

Thank you.

I didn't have as much fun as I thought I would to be honest. I find myself playing less and less and less each day. No good playlists at all, I only sometimes play and if I do, its dependent on whether or not I have friends online or not.

this is how i feel. whats worse is i got the map packs and now i wish i didnt. guess they got one over on em with that "deal" LOL

also apple doesnt need specific reasons. he already stated he doesnt like the changes that were made. sorry if you wanting a detailed report of why it isnt fun. check the other 100 threads talking about server issues, randomness form stupid ord. drops, getting respawned right where you just died so you can die twice as fast. hell even i know what he meant and i dont follw much of his posts.

before you bash someone learn to use common sense..oh wait this generation doesnt have any.

Are they random? It seems like they are timed after being picked up.

They are random in that they do not always spawn in the same location after the first round of drops, and that the spawns have random guns as well. The only thing set in stone is what and where things spawn at the start of the game, and the timer between spawns.

I was on the Reach board fairly often in 2012 all the way up to me buying Halo 4. That aside, what exactly, is the point? I'm here now, asking him to expand his OP, which he did not explain. He made a general complaint about the game and now refuses to explain what his problem is. It shouldn't matter whether I've been here 1 hour or 6 months.

Wait, are you talking about ordinances? I was thinking you were talking about power weapons that are on the map from the beginning. Because with those I notice that once someone picks up the sniper, for instance, in X amount of time another will appear in the same location.
