It's the Halo Theme from the other games except Reach, Wars and ODST.

I mean, I know the original theme plays for a moment, but it's part of a larger track.

It's not. It's not in the ost at all, just like Never Forget.

Some of the best music in this game was not put into the soundtrack. The menu music was not in the soundtrack either =(
