Not every time you use the ordinance but at least once every game depending on how good you are. lol

Well i have to say, its not only less, but flinch seems non existent with this specialisation. Very handy. won lots of one on ones just because of it.

I've only done wetwork, and I will say the stealth perk is OK. the speed up on assassinations is only really noticeable on a few of them, and I haven't seen how well the pv is countered quite yet, the footsteps aren't a big deal since no one listens for them since they can see you via motion sensor.

All in all the perk itself isn't much of completion for dexterity or any of the other perks, it's nice if you actually want to go all out on being stealthy but otherwise it's just not as good.

Nope, it's only for scoped shots.

No, but it's a decent chance. Along with Fuel Rod/Incineration/Rockets.

Operator makes it so that if you get pp'd in a ghost, by the time you hit the ground you're coming back up again. However, the regeneration stated in the description of the perk seems non-existant.

Description is messed up, leads you to believe it regenerates vehicles, it actually regens your shields quicker while your in it, the vehicle themselves only get a bit of extra life, not too much from what I read. (I didn't pick this one, since I'm not a vehicle guy)

It makes you invisible to Prommie vision if behind an object, and green instead of red (and an outline, I think?) if out in the open, blending you into Prommie Vision's green and blue screen effect.
