Any body else do pushups/pull ups dumbell curls etc, while in wait online . I find that getting my heart rate up increases my natural flow of adrenaline while im handling players on line reaction times increase overall alot sharper and aware of potential threats. well if you dont give it a try.. Instead of drinking some mt dew or whatver the cool kids or rebels drink nowadays.

kids are all fat these days, so yeah I guess the cool kids do drink mountain dew between matches
