Why doesn't it tell you what perks enemies are using?

That's a good idea. Deathstreaks. When you're doing bad, they'll let you Copycat your killer's loadout. I'm not sure 343 realized that CoD did that, or they would have copied that along with everything else.

Seriously though. I don't really care what my opponent is using. As long as he's not cheating, I'm fine with whatever perk(s) he/she decides to use.

Sure, it might matter (a little bit) about what perk they're using, but it matters a helluva lot more if they know how to use it.
