I just got off the phone with a MS rep and couldn't get anything. All he said was he could look into a pass refund but then I would never be able to get the maps so I obviously turned that down.

Why not ask for 10? I got it for free bro. I payed 0 for a 10 dollar map pack. Ask for a 10 refund.

Thank you It took several attempts but I finally managed to be getting the discount on the maps that as a season pass owner I was promised
