In every game, there is always going to be someone hacking/cheating. Pretty clever but still annoying lol.

How to report him if you haven't played a recent game with him:

Look up his name by the "Add Friend" feature and send him a friend request. From there, you'll be able to select him from your friends list with it saying "Friend request pending" and then you can go down to file complaint>system tampering.
