Was this 343's initial thoughts as to how the turret would prove an effective AA? Cause even defensively its lacking.
And for single player...why not just limit it to single player? They limited bubble shield in Reach to invasion etc, so....why? Please explain what makes competitive/ supportive in MM? --- Don't look at me like that
I assumed during testing the nerfed the hell out of it, cause I would think in organized play, if a team of 4 or more popped one at the same time it was devastating.
In it's current state, I feel like 343 said "**** it, it's good enoug for now, we got Halo 5 and 6 to get this **** right." --- Now if you'll excuse me, Im goin scuba diving with Chris Tucker and Aqua Man.--- D3 Hero Profile-http://us.battle.net/d3/en/profile/Rambro-1133/hero/4077328
Its not super powerful, but its added shots on a target and one more radar blip. Can turn a "man, i was a second away from winning" into a win. Plus you can be totally behind cover, and spawn it above and past cover. Fun fact about it.
That being said, I think its relatively ineffective compared to the other AA's and don't use it. But it does have uses, and I suppose some playstyles can make it work. --- lizard_cops5771 - carbine should be called the space chugger Urdnot_Runt - wat
It's fun to play around with, and sort of effective in specific spots, like the ends of hallways. It feels impractical, but I think it'd be too strong if it were much better. --- ...and that's how I came to be known as the Flourescent Haberdasher.
